“I am also a 'funny man' and can entertain people of 'let's say 20 people'.
But, there is of course a giagantic difference between people like myself and Billy Connolly, who can entertain thousands.
I thank the BBC for this Maestro collection. I am learning.”

“I would recommend this for people to watch as much as it’s very entertaining. He has got some very good points of view but he’s also such a kind of separate island of comedy that his experience is probably wouldn’t translate to most New wannabe comics. I think what you can get out of this is,to plough your own field and be sincere.”

“Billy, Sir, thanks a million. Even though I'll never be a comedian I learned a lot and just have a great time with your course. One to watch again and again. Delightful wisdom. And had a good laugh, too. Love it.”

“Connolly is a demi-god. His course was beautiful yet useless. It was like doing a time management course with Albert Einstein and you walk out understanding what time is, but no idea how to manage it. He is so much funnier than anyone could ever hope to be, and yet by the end the course, you'll be dying to have a go!”

“A not-to-be-missed opportunity to spend time in the company of Sir Billy. I have no desire to pursue comedy as a profession, but I found myself carefully listening to everything Billy said; I’ll be applying some of his gently delivered insights to my everyday life.”
