“Firstly, lets be open, I am a professional photographer, so why take a course which offers little benefit at the start. I mean, my cameras are always in Manual. But Photography is always about learning and Rankin is one of the best, so why not learn from one of the best. You can aways find new ways to approach a subject and Giles Duley story well thats a foundation i was not aware off, photography matters.”

“This is an interesting course for me - at 75 I've been a 'photographer' for 57 of those years - not profesionally (although I did work for the BBC for 19 years as an engineer / cameraman / video editor)
The technical aspects of taking images , lighting, and post are all familiar to me, but still worth getting Rankin's perspective. The standout sections of the course so far have been the interviews / chats / discussions with the fellow photographers, make-up artist, and the model Roxy to find out more about how they approach photographing people, what works, and the collaboration involved with crew / model. I feel inspired to get my camera out and be more explorative - Thanks Rankin! and everyone involved in making these videos. Fantastic stuff.”
