“I’m a huge fan of Jojo Moyes writing and her books. She gives insightful advice for aspiring writers. While I don’t know of if I could ever write a true romance many of the lessons can be applied to other writing like character development and voice. I also always try to make myself laugh or cry when writing a scene. Her explanation on tension is excellent. Highly recommend this class.”

“Loved this course. I watched all the sessions through over two days, and I'll re-watch soon with a notebook to pick out particular things I want to action. Great that it covered the craft as well as the practical aspects of getting agented and published. The only one I feel isn't so great (personally) is the episode on TV/Film adaptations. When the chance of getting published seems (is!) so vanishingly small, the chances of needing information on film adaptations feels so far-flungthat it felt like the time would have been better spent other things. But overall this was absolutely brilliant, Jojo is so engaging, and I know I'm going to come back to this time and again and take different things from it each time.”
