“This was the first BBC Maestro course completed and I found it really enjoyable and worthwhile. I did a few lessions every day. I particulary enjoyed the Relaxation and the Sleep lessons. I have struggled with sleep a lot and thought I had tried everything, but had no idea about the impact of caffeine and how long it stayed in the body. As someone who drinks tea rather than coffee, I hadn't though it was an issue for me, so it is definitely something I am now more mindful of. And while I felt I was already pretty clued up when it came to diet and food, I still learned a lot. A great introduction to BBC Maestro and I am looking forward tot he next one I try.”
