Although most of the content is common sense, it helped to have the importance of these four cornerstones summarized in such a clear and simple way and with such accessible delivery

It's a systematically presented course to help you make small changes in your diet, exercise regime & lifestyle which can result in significant improvements to your health & happiness. I would say that if you've read Rangan Chatterjee's books, or listen to his podcasts regularly, you won't learn anything new here. Dr Chatterjee is clearly very commited to his mission, and is very serious, so don't expect any jokes...

I read Four Pillars when it was first published and it changed my life! It is great to revisit the concepts, with latest thinking on health matters. Great hints and tips for improving health.
