I've spent hours of research, weeks of reading, and months of implementation of various time management methods that never worked for me. Mr. Burkeman's time management methods are so much more realistic than those I've previously tried to implement. This is one of the best BBC Maestro courses I've taken.”

It could also be called Oliver Burkeman's Get a Grip course. Ever sensible, he gently pats you on the shoulder whilst helping you chuck out all the rubbish that's using up the time you'd rather be doing something else. Loved it.”
