“Excellent course and Sindelfingen presented.
Worth listening to - it is a very good approach to time Management, which releases a lot of pressure off of you if you consider it.
I have read a lot about the topic, as I am an Executive working way too much - this one really hits different!”

“This was absolutely the best course I’ve ever turned up for, engaged with and really taken on board. There were times I felt close to tears with release and realisation.”

“At 60 years old, I didn’t expect to be learning so much about how I use my time — or rather, how I experience it. This course has been surprisingly informative, especially around the idea of living in the moment instead of constantly looking to the future. I’ve never really considered how much distractions can pull us away from what truly matters, and being made aware of that has been genuinely helpful.
What struck me most was the message that it’s okay not to have followed a strict plan or life path. I’ve often chosen the comfortable middle ground, and it was reassuring to hear that this isn't wrong — just different. But the idea of consciously choosing discomfort, especially in the time I have left of my 4,000 weeks, has stayed with me. It’s given me a new perspective on how I might want to spend the years ahead — more aware, more intentional, and maybe even a little braver.”
