Oliver offers a very refreshing way to look at time and challenges you to spend it in a way that's meaningful to you. The lessons are very accessible. He includes good stories and quotes from other people for further reading too. Overall it's really shifted my perspective.

NOT FOR PUBLICATION. This is good, basic advice for people who are stressing out about not getting enough done in their day. OB's delivery is pleasant, calm and professional - he appears to be speaking without notes in a very lucid way - and it's a reassuring listen: we already have the tools we need, we just need to try to do less, not more. HOWEVER, I found the course repetitive and about 20% too long.
