“Realistic, practical 'self-help'. The course title makes this sound like a potentially very dry course, but it's as much life philosophy, as it is some sound practical suggestions. The 'living in the present moment' concept that runs through, is of course logically correct, but as privileged westerners (and the tutor is definitely in that category) we can work on that idea, and not constantly need to project into the future in the hope of a better life. But no criticism - it's certainly a very good Maestro course.”

“The course has been amazing and so very, very helpful for overcoming the 'overwhelm' that was seriously affecting my life. Lesson 11 on distraction particularly felt like a personal therapy session where I could let go of all the things I was beating myself up about. Oliver has a really clear, practical, no-fuss delivery that is really engaging. I feel a big perspective shift, and have totally change the way I approach (and think about) my time, tasks and life in general. Thoroughly recommend.”

“This class was an optimistic reminder and reset of what it means to be an imperfect human with limited time. I can't wait to go into an art gallery and sit before a piece for 3 hours to sit with the discomfort of time and see how liberated I'll feel on reflection.”
