“I have listened to quite a few webinars and courses on time management but never came away from them feeling any further forward. This course is useful on many levels. It’s more philosophical in approach, and less prescriptive than many alternative courses. However, I think this focuses not only on time management, but well being and general life skills which all work together to shift the way you think about time management and what is actually realistic and possible.”
