“Honestly one of the best courses I have done. More philosophical than I thought it would be, and firmly grounded in reality. I love how it seems to go for productivity AND peace. I don’t want to give the course tips away, but the discussions around finite resources and infinite input are very wise and thought provoking. Do the course. Oliver was engaging and easy to listen to.
The course content was well organised and explained. I learned a great deal and took the time to relisten to several segments to make sure I'd absorbed and understood everything thoroughly.
I've adopted some new habits of thought and this stuff has a real impact on the day to day - reducing stress and making the experience of daily challenges less stressful.
