“I found this course incredibly thought provoking and have been looking at my life in a completely different way. I feel very empowered to say 'it's ok to be who I am' and not yearn to be something I'm not.
There's a lot still to process from this course and I feel reassured that it's not a case of done the course and now I'm a changed person. It's more about gaining perspective and learning how to manage what comes up for the individual.”

“An excellent and thought provoking course on time management. Oliver gets you to really challenge your views on time and how to use time effectively. It is a valuable course that offers a lot more than the traditional time management courses I have attended in the past.”

“Exactly what I needed. I could relate to so much of what Oliver said about procrastanation, focus, lists, how to make more fulfilling choices etc.
Once I started the videos I found it easy to want to keep going.
I've done project/time managment courses for work and found them frustrating. I couldn't relate to them or retain the information. I've put off reading a lot of the new and popular books on time and similar subjects as I felt I couldn't/wouldn't live up to the advice.
Oliver is talking about life, it's not just one thing or another. Lots of useful/thoughtful quotes from philosophers, stoics, professors etc. I've realsied I'm actually doing a lot of things well, which normally doesn't happen with a course. This was a positive experience and I will remember and impliment a lot or even a little of what I've learned here. Would highly recommend for anyone struggling with focus and feeling like they are making poor time choices.”

“Realistic, practical 'self-help'. The course title makes this sound like a potentially very dry course, but it's as much life philosophy, as it is some sound practical suggestions. The 'living in the present moment' concept that runs through, is of course logically correct, but as privileged westerners (and the tutor is definitely in that category) we can work on that idea, and not constantly need to project into the future in the hope of a better life. But no criticism - it's certainly a very good Maestro course.”

“The course has been amazing and so very, very helpful for overcoming the 'overwhelm' that was seriously affecting my life. Lesson 11 on distraction particularly felt like a personal therapy session where I could let go of all the things I was beating myself up about. Oliver has a really clear, practical, no-fuss delivery that is really engaging. I feel a big perspective shift, and have totally change the way I approach (and think about) my time, tasks and life in general. Thoroughly recommend.”
