“I adored this course with Beata Heuman!!! I am a professional printmaker born in the UK, emigrated with my family as a child and am now living in Montreal. Growing up in North America I always felt that our family's attitude towards material objects, home decor and decorating was radically different than our neighbours. We were people who did not mind objects on counters and prioritised warm comfort, utility and boho mix-match expression over the militant tidiness and conformity that I found in other Canadian homes. When we returned to England, I understood completely! Cultural legacies and traditions are in part maintained by the objects we see daily and surround ourselves with. Sooo beautiful! Beata Heuman's course has touched me to the core, so inspiring is her choice of colours, textures, objets d'art curations, explanations as to why she made her decisions. I was so sad that this course ended, boohooo! I need a part II please?
