“Wanted an unfinished floating shelf of a particular length using their standard depth and thickness- so partly made to measure. Communication was effective and billing straightforward. Arrived well packaged and looking as expected. Only small point was the lead time given after order was placed being several weeks longer than expected - however this was understandable given the Christmas shutdown and the fact it was not a standard size Painted up nicely”
