“Website was easy to navigate, very clear about options, costs, finishes etc. The shelves are EXACTLY as ordered, to the millimetre, and had I had decent walls instead of the old crumbling brick, installation would have been even easier. The plugs I needed to upgrade as the supposed 7mm bit made a hole about 10mm as the render fell off, but I expected that. Ben Simpson supplied what they said they would! The screws worked OK, and the black screw heads look good against the brackets. Photos will follow when all painting done. And of course we spent too much as there's so much other nice stuff to buy... Would be happy to buy again. And proboably will...”
