“Ordered the 5cm thick shelves with metal brackets. The delivery was very prompt and the shelves were well packaged. The shelves were beautiful but I realised they were a bit too chunky for the space and decided to exchange them for the 2.5cm thickness shelves. It was so easy to arrange, after a quick exchange of emails I was advised to keep the brackets and fixings and just return the planks - I was even given the details of a parcel company that would arrange collection and the new planks were delivered a few days later. I rarely provide feedback but the service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend. The shelves & brackets are of great quality and easy to fit. Couldn't be happier.”
