“Well this has been a rollercoaster... shelves arrived and we immediately thought we'd ordered the wrong colour, the rustic pine having a distinct yellowish tinge under our kitchen lights. So we ordered the sample block set (probably should have done that first) to compare the rest and contacted Ben Simpson asking if we could exchange. Their customer service was excellent and they said they'd be happy to! Long story short we stuck with our original choice and they look great. Best shelves I've ever bought.”
