“This is the second shelf that I have purchased, the first one was beautiful, but this one had a split going all the way through it, Ben Simpson told me it is a natural part of the wood , but I thought that they would of checked it before sending it out . They did offer to replace it if I returned the shelf, but I felt the cost of returning such a heavy item at my expense would be too much, so I have kept the shelf.”
