“Living locally I searched for furniture makers and visited the industrial estate. There is no customer reception area. An employee greeted me and explained all items had to be ordered online. I asked if it was possible to see some colour samples and was asked to wait, a few minutes later a set of boxed examples were shown to me and I thought this showed great customer commitment. I returned home and after checking the measurements, ordered. This arrived within a week and was well-packed and protected. Fitting instructions were supplied and this was simple to hang on the wall using the keyholes and screws provided. I am considering ordering some floating shelves as I am impressed with the products on offer.”
