“Very pleased with the experience. We ordered the item back in June and were told it would be a couple of weeks for manufacturing and delivery. We had regular Email updates on the progress of the manufacturing and delivery. Although we have not had the item installed as yet, due to builders still working on the room, we have taken the shelf out of the box and the product looks amazing. It will look amazing when finally installed. I would not hesitate to use Ben Simpson again in the future.”
