“we bought 2 x rustic floating shelves (thin) in tudor oak. The shelves were the last items to be installed in our new kitchen and they've finished the space off beautifully. They do need to be inserted into solid wall however, so I thought putting too many recipe books on them would be too heavy. We have placed plants on them instead, which looks better in the space, creating a more relaxing rather than chaotic feel. We love the rustic look rather than the perfectly straight shelves.”
