“Two years ago I bought a pair of shelves from Ben Simpson Furniture. Great product and looked great on my lounge wall. Last week I decided to add two more shelves but I wasn’t sure what colour I should order to match the originals. As it turned out the company do not use the same wood that they used two years ago and were concerned that I appreciated that there might be a slight difference in colour. A lady named Nicole was such a great advertisement for the company in the way she dealt with my order. The “guys” in the workshops asked that I send a photograph of the original shelves and they would try their best to match the colour. The shelves arrived today and they really are first class. The same great craftsmanship and style and the colour is spot on the same. Tremendous service! Finally I recounted the story of this wonderful Customer service as she too uses the company. Her response was “yes they are always like that!” Highly recommended. Thanks.”
