“Well what can I say! When we fitted up our shelf it was warped and leaning to front. I emailed to let them know and sent photos. Same day a lovely young lady phoned me to apologise and that they would immediately make another and send it out. No questions asked. New shelf arrived in 4 days and was absolutely perfect. Best customer service and workmanship ever. Thank you!”
