“I bough this small shelf to hold 3 jars (for seeds, nuts and dried berries). It does the job. However, the plugs and screws provided were far too substantial for such a light load and I didn't want to drill four uneccessarily deep holes into the wall. I used my own smaller plugs, and smaller black screws which the company kindly posted to me. The instructions recommend drilling holes in the wall using a spirit level to ensure the fixing holes are level; then securing the brackets and finally the shelves. I found it much easier to fix the shelf to the brackets; loosely secure one end with one screw, then offer up the shelf with a spirit level on it to find the correct locations for the remaining three holes. I'd buy again if I need another shelf.”
