“I graduated with a degree in three-dimensional design in 1978 and have been involved in design all my working life...if you had spent time learning how to design products then you'd have made a better job of the products that you are currently purveying. This thing that arrived with me is just laughable, I could design a thousand shelves better than this, and as for making out you are craftsmen with that logo you should be ashamed of yourselves.”
