“The course seems to cover enough basic ground on how to operate and understand the platform. It is obvious that some of the specialization that comes with the operational needs of a team will require more practice and in-depth understanding, but the course does a good job as to how to start looking through the dfferent areas. The main problem comes from lab environment. Although it works well enough, and some work has been done via "Lab 0" to do additional cleanup, more work needs to be done in that area ---looking for pieces of overlooked previous configurations.”

“The labs were problematic due to inconsistent starting configurations, they weren't cleaned up properly after the end of the last use. I couldn't finish all of my labs, for the mobile user or remote network lab, the service endpoints weren't being spun up.”

“While Prisma Access SSE has a lot of potential and covers a wide range of security needs, I found the experience with Strata Cloud Manager pretty frustrating. The biggest issue was the wait time—it often took 30 minutes to an hour just to push and validate a config. And when the push failed (which happened more than once), you had to wait all over again. It really slowed things down, and most of the time was spent just waiting.”
