“The instructor was good, but the course was only okay. The course did not do a good job explaining why an organization might choose MU VPN vs Explicit Proxy, vs ZTNA, vs Access Browser (or use all of them together). I would've liked a big-picture discussion on what are the use-cases that call for which of those solutions. Also VERY DISSAPOINTING that two of the Labs did not work and were unusable for the class: Lab 8 (Explicit Proxy) and Lab 9 (ZTNA) and no lab for the Prisma Access Browser -- this is almost grounds for a refund of the course, in my opinion. Also, the lab environment should begin at an unconfigured state... rather than requiring the students to delete configuration elements that had been added by a previous class. Lastly, there was not enough information about the associated technical certification (SSE Engineer) and what other/supplemental study may be recommended before taking the exam.”

“Good course that brought the elements of SSE into view. Labs were good but unfortunately the labs were having issue for eplicit proxy and ZTNA. Would be great to have more time with labs or an opportunity to perform the labs at another time if they are not functional.”

It offers flexibility to integrate, scale and provides end to end security. With the ADEM and AI powered capabilities, it learns and automate remediation while providing visibility. All boils down to cost benefits and decision making.”
