“These units fit GoPro mounting brackets which may prove useful.. I also thought I might attempt to make my own mounting hardware to fit these but have not gotten around to it.”
“I wish that Cycliq would use a standard quarter turn mount then we can source such adapters elsewhere. I purchased two universal adapters. One of them fits very snug and right. The other feels loose and wobbly, I've had to use some kind of padding fill the gap, making it sturdy.
It's an expensive accessory for what it is and due to the proprietary mount you can't go find other suppliers of such an adapter.”
“Seriously cheesed off that the adaptor is not bundled with the Duo Mount. For the price it is dissapointing that the essential link between the mount and the camera is missing, nessecitating a second order and more days of waiting for delivery before the mount can be used.
I've now bought four or five Duo mounts (probably too many bikes!) which are expensive enough, but adding a bit of plastic for another $36.50 including shipping is just outrageous!”
