“Having used all versions of the Fly products, again the Fly 12 seems the better product. Battery life is on par with the previous version. I do miss the flap door of the previous version. I do like the improved flash options and the more compact design.”
“The unit is smaller and lighter than the Fly12 CE. Battery life is good and satisfactory.
However, the mount is unsatisfactory. The body moves due to vibration from bumps and other obstacles. I hope that the next version will have a mount that can be attached to the aero handlebar and fixed securely.
Also, the light is unnecessary. I use my favorite light, so just the camera is enough.
However, for now I consider it the definitive safety camera for bicycles.”

“It is more compact than I expected, which is nice. I have three rides in with this camera, as the winter weather has now arrived. Lo and behold, I had a reportable confrontation with an ignorant motorist who made an illegal pass with oncoming traffic. I am waiting for the sheriff's response as they have a plate number and description. The audio captured his comments that I will "lose every time" to folks like him who think they own the roads. The video will further damn his actions, if they review it.”
