“This is my 4th rear unit on one hand it's not the best situation but I can't complain about the customer service and turnaround for my replacement new unit sent to me and received within a week.”
“Works well. Firmware update a bit tedious but works. Definitely needs the protective layer to protect it from the elements. Pity it has such a small battery, the original had a longer operating time, 4 hours isn't enough.”

“My current Fly6 Gen3 is a replacement for my original one which failed suddenly. These things happen. However, Cycliq were excellent in how they dealt with my problem. A replacement unit was dispatched immediately (UK) even though the original was out of warranty and I could not return the failed unit due to IT problems with UK postal service. Being attached to a seat post while bouncing along a road is not ideal for recording quality video but the image stabilisation of the Fly6 seems remarkable (same with Fly12). The only comment I would make is that its Bluetooth should turn off when the Fly6 is not being used (same with Fly12), thereby avoiding unwanted interactions with other sports kit. By the way, the Fly6 is an excellent rear light. Its maximum brightness level is almost too much for following cyclists!”
“I like the reduce size v the FlyCE but the battery life is poor. Choice of resolution or less life. Would like the option of 10&0 @ 30fps.
Front light Fly12 is much better.”
“I have been using the Fly6 for the past two years along with a Fly12 CE for the front camera. The Fly6 froze whilst trying to update it using the computer. Contacted Cycliq and went through all the necessary problem solving to no avail. Was advised to package and send back and they sent me back a replacement. The turn around time was excellent. I would not ride without these cameras they have provided evidence of two close passes that have resulted in police action.”
