“The Beko was fine I had an issue with the deliver of my machine. The men arrived and were no willing to disconnect the old machine so I did that but neither did they make any attemp to connect the new machine. Thankfully I can do this but if this was delivered to my eldery mohter she would have been very distressed. I'm not sure this is any sort of customer care!”
