“Five Stars excellent company never had any issues when ordering any electrical goods. Delivery was fast and tracking was always kept updated. Customer service was great and responded fairly quick. Very happy and my second time to purchase from Electrocity cannot recommend these enough.”

We understand your concern regarding the energy label, as we explained via email the updated label was not provided to us by the manufacturer for display online and we're working with them to get the latest version. Rest assured that the appliance itself uses the same amount of electricity under the new label rules. “They are very good to take the order and dispatch it. But after sale service is very bad the product is faulty and they said contact the company they will help you. I didn’t buy the product from the company I bought it from you. So you are liable to pay the refund.”
