“Five Stars excellent company never had any issues when ordering any electrical goods. Delivery was fast and tracking was always kept updated. Customer service was great and responded fairly quick. Very happy and my second time to purchase from Electrocity cannot recommend these enough.”

“Appaling customer care. Ordered on 4th September, reecieved confirmation of order and have not received any communication other than this review link. Trying to get a refund, have had to raise issue with pay pal. Still no communication. Avoid.”

“I was looking for a replacement of the above camera . It took more than a month to get the replacement. Very irresponsible staff in Kilkenny electricity . I made countless emails phone calls regarding this product. Each time I ring no body knows about , we will get back to you tomorrow is the answer with no response next day. I contacted electricity customer care with not much luck either. It took over 13 emails to your customer care , numerous phone calls to the shop. See proof of photo attached regarding emails Poor poor service. Very disappointed”

Hi Josemon, thank you for your feedback. We do apologise again for the mix up in-store with your online order, this should have been sorted for you on the day. As soon as the online team was made aware we had a solution for you. We always encourage customers to reach out to us by phone or email and can see your 3 emails and 2 phone calls to the online team were answered promptly. The other emails in the thread were forwarded from TP-Link support and outside of our control. This case has been forwarded to the store manager so we can do better in future.
