“I was quite disappointed with my purchase. It took a long time to deliver and in the end I had to go and pick it up myself because I couldn’t wait any longer. Also I didn’t get any automatic emails notifying me of the different stages of the order, I won’t be using this company again.”

“Ordered product online, got email to say it was ready to collect closely followed by another to day it wasn't ready. Never heard another word. Waited 3 weeks. Went into store, they had no record of the transaction at all! Staff in shop were v helpful but the online system leaves a lot to be desired. Never time I need to order online I will not order through Electricity. Very disappointed in online service.”
