“Five Stars excellent company never had any issues when ordering any electrical goods. Delivery was fast and tracking was always kept updated. Customer service was great and responded fairly quick. Very happy and my second time to purchase from Electrocity cannot recommend these enough.”

“There was still a cable in the description that was not included. Despite everything, the product was excellent and I am very pleased, because there was a very good contact with the customer service office and the situation was quickly clarified.”

“Delivery service/courier they use is terrible. Tried twice to deliver on days I made it clear I would not be available and communication prior to delivery was bad. The website and price match of ElectoCity are good, they just need to change couriers and it may be worth buying from again. The agent was helpful but could control the courier.”

“At first I was sceptical about the Trust brand. The last items I purchased were not up to spec...so I felt I was taking a gamble with this headset. I thoroughly check the specs and it had everything I wanted at a good price, including a dongle that could connect to my PS4 to connect through Bluetooth. I found to my surprise just how much is packed into this headset. They are comfortable to wear, don't slip off your head like most or move around. I liked the fact the volume worked even without them being turned on while being used in wired mode. They are also great with my hearing aids and due to the size of the ear muffs, fit well over the aids without pressure or causing a headache... So glad now I got these and I can't think of using any other headset for using my PS4, tablet and smart TV..👍👍”
