“Five Stars excellent company never had any issues when ordering any electrical goods. Delivery was fast and tracking was always kept updated. Customer service was great and responded fairly quick. Very happy and my second time to purchase from Electrocity cannot recommend these enough.”

“I teceiv d my fridge in good time but I’m still waiting for my microwave that was ordered at the same time I had to chase them up last week and they said sorry a supply chain issue was the problem. However there was no communication before or since re the microwave. I get it sometimes things get complicated but keep the customer updated.”communication is key””

“Delivery service/courier they use is terrible. Tried twice to deliver on days I made it clear I would not be available and communication prior to delivery was bad. The website and price match of ElectoCity are good, they just need to change couriers and it may be worth buying from again. The agent was helpful but could control the courier.”
