Stay away, the store only has a 28-day warranty. Although when you buy it, it says that you have a one-year warranty. You can't return the product you bought to the store, they refer you to consultants in England, with whom I had to fight for half a day, because they sent me instructions to repair an electronic device that doesn't respond to anything. That's why I buy in a local store, so that in the event of a failure I can return it under warranty, they wash their hands of it and you have to do the work for them yourself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

All our products include a full manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 months. While we handle issues directly in the first 28 days, working with manufacturers after this period actually provides the fastest resolution because their technical teams can diagnose issues immediately and speak directly with customers about the specific problem. We understand this might seem like we're not taking responsibility, but it's the opposite — we're here to help throughout the entire warranty period. Once a manufacturer confirms a fault, we process repairs or replacements quickly. We can also contact manufacturers on customers' behalf, though this does take longer as the manufacturer will be passing queries through us to you, which creates a lag in the process. This would be normal of any similar retailer and does not affect your rights as our valued customer. Really bad experience returning a Tv which was faulty in Carlow store, had to travel 20mins journey back to the store 1 hour after purchase. Staff made me feel like i was the issue, made me wait around making calls and not very understanding or proactive in providing a positive outcome, not a good customer service experience to be honest.

You advertised the heater I bought as the wrong wattage.The Delonghi dragon you have claims to be a higher output than it actually is.

I have no recieved my orderhave contacted the courier and they have no record of the order yet I recieved email from electrocity on the 11th November to say it was processed and out for delivery I have paid I full for my dryer and am very frustrated and want what I paid for ,there is no customer support at all and no contact details Show quoted text

Bought online. Next day price reduced by €20. Then at the weekend, further price reduction of €50. Same machine cost me €70 more within the space of 2-3 days. Staff were very helpful and friendly but the huge price difference of €70 from a Wednesday to a Friday is a bitter pill to swallow.

Your delivery mən kept complaining about my gate even though I went all the way to help them out. They reversed the outer door of the fridge and left the freezer door as it is, so had to do it myself. Very poor work.

Ordered a tv online . Collected from Carlow store . The customer service was disappointing, the retail assistant got my order from a stock room and asked me to sign my name to say I had received and then walked off. Didn’t offer help bring tv out to the car.

I ordered a tumble dryer which is working fine but I was promised my old dryer would be taken away. I am still waiting, having sent subsequent e mails. This is now going on for several weeks.

Everthing was excelent except I need a receipt for tax purposes. I am told when I ask for a receipt that the invoice is the receipt. Thats a new one on me and I´m sure the tax man will not accept it. My scores reflect the refusal to provide a receipt. If I got a receipt my scores would be much more favorable. Such a pity . All that is required is to add two lines to the Invoice. Payment Received € 328.99 Outstanding balance € 0.00

Had to get item changed 3 times all faulty and had to arrange collection and delivery myself not once was I offered anything in competition for my kitchen been distroyed in water because of these faulty dishwasher and washing machine they where only purchased in August 23won't be back again

I selected collect in carlow and it says same on invoice but the package was sent to my billing address which was my previous address and it was a headache to sort it out

Ten days after order still no sign of cooker.. so cold food yet again. Was supposed to be delivered today but just had a call to say will now be tomorrow! You couldn't make this up! Appalling.
