Online is suppose to be fast and efficient far from it with this delivery and I have always bought from this company as I’m on records in Carlow store

Everthing was excelent except I need a receipt for tax purposes. I am told when I ask for a receipt that the invoice is the receipt. Thats a new one on me and I´m sure the tax man will not accept it. My scores reflect the refusal to provide a receipt. If I got a receipt my scores would be much more favorable. Such a pity . All that is required is to add two lines to the Invoice. Payment Received € 328.99 Outstanding balance € 0.00

Hi Mervyn, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the order invoice/receipt is not suitable for you, any businesses we have dealt with in the past have had no issue using it. We do see in our previous emails we explained that it could be used for your purposes, but asked if you needed anything else to let us know and haven't heard from you since. Awful service, I have a washing machine 21 days and to get it exchanged it shocking, will not ever step foot in the place again

Had to get item changed 3 times all faulty and had to arrange collection and delivery myself not once was I offered anything in competition for my kitchen been distroyed in water because of these faulty dishwasher and washing machine they where only purchased in August 23won't be back again

I selected collect in carlow and it says same on invoice but the package was sent to my billing address which was my previous address and it was a headache to sort it out

Ten days after order still no sign of cooker.. so cold food yet again. Was supposed to be delivered today but just had a call to say will now be tomorrow! You couldn't make this up! Appalling.

Having spoken with the courier it sounds like this was delivered to you today in 9 working days, more than our 7 working day maximum. I bought a washer/dryer from electricity the first time I used it a burning smell came from it . It doesn't dry the clothes and the door opens sometimes. An engineer called out for 2hours he was trying to fix it bits of it all over the floor. When I called them saying it still is working and I wanted my money back a woman called Mary screamed at me saying " you're not getting your money back" to say she was rude is an understatement she has no manner for the public. I'm out of pocket now with no washing machine or dryer because of them . AVOID this place they will SCAM you

Difficult to impossible to return goods without having to pay for opening it ( which you have to to see if it's what you want) and pay for return delivery. I'd never buy anything from them.

I ordered a washing machine and also paid for it to be installed. Their couriers, Caulfield Transport and their plumbing contractor, Master Care, don't communicate as they don't install in my area despite me paying for this service at checkout. I thought I'd go with an Irish owned company instead of the big guys at Curry's or DID and give them a chance.. I regret putting my faith in this company. I will never use them again.

It appears there may have been a misunderstanding or error during the ordering process, as we unfortunately do not offer installation services in all areas. This is made clear when choosing the installation option where a list of areas we serve is shown. A customer would need to choose the desired area for installation from here here before continuing. We strive to provide the best service possible to all our customers and in this instance the installation service on your order was missed by us. Typically you would have been contacted before this was dispatched to be made aware of the situation and a solution would have been found. As soon as we were made aware we made contact with several installers to try and get this sorted for you on a one-off basis. Unfortunately, none were available at the time and a full refund of your installation was offered along with help with the washing machine installation over the phone. We do appreciate every customer, as you said we are a small Irish owned company, and we're very proud of the great reviews from thousands of customers we have helped over the years. When I spoke to the manager at Waterford store, he told me that I would only get the manufacturers guarantee of 1 year: I believe that under EU regulations it should be 2 years. Other than that the Electro City offer good value

Unfortunately I ordered my fridge on 14th of June expecting it in 3-4 days I got a text 21/6 to say it will be with me before 12 on 22/6. I then missed a phone call at 8 ( I was sleeping) when I rang back I didn't get an answer rang direct to be told it has to be rescheduled. I am still without a fridge & very upset about the whole thing & sorry now that I bought from you.. very very dissapointed customer. Won't be using you again & will let my 8 siblings know to never use electricity.
