Really bad experience returning a Tv which was faulty in Carlow store, had to travel 20mins journey back to the store 1 hour after purchase. Staff made me feel like i was the issue, made me wait around making calls and not very understanding or proactive in providing a positive outcome, not a good customer service experience to be honest.
