If the actual delivery timeline matched what they say on the website they would get a higher rating. A company employee wasn’t even able to give a delivery date for a small item which I thought was strange so I bought my item elsewhere.

Good dealing with Elctrocity but the Courier company were abysmal. Sent package to wrong house and they will not speak to resolve over the phone

I got my cooker but wasn't installed was told I needed a cable to connect to electric still waiting on installer to call back with cable not happy at all they should come with a wire new when you purchase a cooker 3 days later still no working cooker

While the service and the product were really good the delivery did not happen. I contacted the delivery company multiple times and in the end I had to drive to the depot to collect the item.

Not sure if it was down to the way it was pack or the way it was delivery but I received my package open and the black bag was ripped have a quick look device seem to be ok but could not tru check as it a gift from the big man otherwise from that you were very informed and even send a discount code which I appreciate thank you

I opted for Klarna but waa charged full pruce upfront which I did not expect . If it is not ckear and transpare t ehick Klarna payments will be honoured or not, this is somewhat of a deterrent to my shopping with Electrocity in future.

I'm still waiting for my product and there could have been more communication about delivery dates and when Mastercare would contact me. I had to call you to chase them up. Cheers

The manufactured goods were to specification. There was no reply to my email regarding delivery. Ordered Feb 28, 2023 Delivery type Free Delivery Delivered on 07/3/2023 There's really no use asking after the delivery what my thoughts are. My thoughts are important while I'm waiting on the delivery. You should really answer your received mails. Hugh

Hi Hugh, Sorry to read of your review, we pride ourselves in that all emails are replied to without fail, and we measure this carefully, It is surprising to hear that you could not reach us and we do not see any mail correspondance on our system, the correct email address for any direct queries would be help@electrocity.ie, so I wonder was this the address you sent us the mail to? I would not order online again as you can't pick up the same day even you have paid for your item by bank card. You have to wait until you get a email to collect your item. I ordered my oven on a Sunday and could not pick it up until Monday was not happy with that. If I had to go down to the shop I would of got it on same day. I would just have to ring them first see is the item in stock. Online I would not recommend. We picked up the item ourselves.

Was expecting far more prompt delivery from a local store only 5 minutes drive away. Disappointing overall.
