I'm still waiting for my product and there could have been more communication about delivery dates and when Mastercare would contact me. I had to call you to chase them up. Cheers

The manufactured goods were to specification. There was no reply to my email regarding delivery. Ordered Feb 28, 2023 Delivery type Free Delivery Delivered on 07/3/2023 There's really no use asking after the delivery what my thoughts are. My thoughts are important while I'm waiting on the delivery. You should really answer your received mails. Hugh

Hi Hugh, Sorry to read of your review, we pride ourselves in that all emails are replied to without fail, and we measure this carefully, It is surprising to hear that you could not reach us and we do not see any mail correspondance on our system, the correct email address for any direct queries would be help@electrocity.ie, so I wonder was this the address you sent us the mail to? I would not order online again as you can't pick up the same day even you have paid for your item by bank card. You have to wait until you get a email to collect your item. I ordered my oven on a Sunday and could not pick it up until Monday was not happy with that. If I had to go down to the shop I would of got it on same day. I would just have to ring them first see is the item in stock. Online I would not recommend. We picked up the item ourselves.

Was expecting far more prompt delivery from a local store only 5 minutes drive away. Disappointing overall.

While ordering was easy, next day delivery didn't happen and when item was delivered I received no call to say it was on the way, no one knocked the door just left an electrical item on back door step in the rain. Very disappointed

Hi Ellen, Thanks so much for your feedback, just to note we offer a 1-2 working day delivery on small tems as referenced on site, some items can arrive next day if ordered before 1pm, however in this case the order was placed at 5.40pm on Wednesday evening and delivered at 8.40am on Friday morning, DPD are passed your details in order to text and email a delivery window to you in advance, and rest assured we have reached out to DPD to look into this directly for us, Kind Regards, ElectroCity Team

Ordered lg 55" tv online . Product wasn't insured to view. When box was opened it was an older model with fixed legs.if I saw in store ,I wouldn't have bought. Wasn't worth the hassle of returning

Hi Seamus, thank you for your review. I can see you ordered the 2022 model of this TV and the description online mentions this along with images of the legs. We do have the UQ7500 model on display in Kilkenny, albeit in the 50" version but there are no differences beside the screen size. If you believe there was a mistake with the TV you received we'd be more than happy to help you. If you could email pictures of the model number on the rear of the TV to help@electrocity.ie someone will be back to you today 🙂

Delivery was prompt, but as often my request to text or ring at the allocated time Before delivery doesn't happen. I didn't get a call at all, just a doorbell call at 9am. I would suggest that use clear plastic wrapping, instead of black, as It is more suitable for the recycling bin. I am not sure if the black can be recycled.

I was not happy with the way the delivery was organized. I also found it very difficult to obtain a copy of the invoice.
