“I would have expected an invoice and an already live guarantee instead of arranging it for myself”

“We ordered a TV and wall mount bracket, both were delivered very quickly. The bracket however was clearly previously used and missing parts. It took a number of follow up emails and phone calls to get a new bracket sent out. We got there in the end but customer service has room for improvement.”

“I needed a printer for a project and no matter where I looked no shop had a printer at a reasonable price, electricity had one in stock, bought that and when I went to collect nexd day I wax informed Printer that I ordered and needed in a hurry was not actually in the store but would be delivered to the store and I would be informed when it would be in store, not impressed, ended up having to buy a more expensive printer”
