The store manager of the Waterford store is extremely rude and needs to control his attitude with both customers and staff, I was purchasing a handheld hoover a couple months back and he was completely disrespectful to a young blonde lady that worked there and she was only trying to help me. The other staff members were extremely helpful and a pleasure, I will be going to them next time.

I was happy with the product.. only problem was it would have only cost me 99.99 in heavins electrical which was a huge price difference. I should have shopped around.

I have no problem with the service I received from ElectroCity, I do have an issue with the bosh Tassimo coffee maker I bought as it is not the current model but an older one. Other than the fact I had visitors staying for a family funeral I would have returned it but had to use it so therefore can't. I bought it to replace my as I thought older one which in actual fact was a newer model than the one I bought.

You could have given a data cable to connect the laptop to the printer. We could not install the HP Smart app in our phone due to net connection issue. We also tried to install the app in our laptop. But the compatible software was not available in the App Store. When we emailed you requesting for a data cable, your team member replied that the cable was not part of the standard package. It is very sad that we could not make full use of the product we purchased and thus didn't receive full value for the money spent.

Hi, just so you know, the package was delivered to 280 Crumlin Rd. as opposed to Clonard Rd., probably needs to be taken up with the courier company. Was just by chance I managed to get the delivery. Other than the delivery issue the product is as described, thank you.

Bloomberg machines on the ElectroCity web attract sales by implying there is a 5 year warranty. When registering the machine the warranty is stated as 3 years. I made my purchase based on this incorrect information!!

Hi Craig, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you didn't find our reply explaining the new energy labels satisfactory. As explained, the energy labels have transitioned to a new scale meaning the older A+++ rating is a D rating on the new scale. The appliance uses the same amount of energy and costs no more to run. The new scale is intended to incentivise manufacturers to produce even more energy efficient machines in the future. Initial phone order was fine, I was told large fridge freezers were a two person lift & delivery turned up & driver was on his own & refused to even call the office, turned up a second time same thing one driver & had to bring it in myself with him. Not good enough really.

It took almost three weeks to get my very simple ordered delivered. It took several phone calls to move things along and no one in your store seemed to take much interest in finding a solution to the delay.

Product very good; 3rd party delivery company really excellent; ordering process very laborious-each stage having to be followed up by me as I experienced a consistent lack of response/ communications regarding the status of my order. I doubt if I ever have had to put in as much time into ordering a product online to delivery (and I order online a lot) as I have with ElectroCity.

I was disappointed with the response I got or rather lack of response from Electrocity when I phoned in to report a fault with my washing machine. someone was supposed to phone me back but never did. I have bought a lot of electrical products from Electrocity in the past.

Very annoying as a customer when you make a purchase and then the sales assistant is trying you sell you even more. From insurance and now even trying to sell on behalf of electricity suppliers. Seriously? I had a heavy item and two young children with me , too busy was this rubbish and distracting from my kids. Enough ✋🛑

Hi Gareth, thank you for taking the time to write a review – we value all feedback, good or bad. In this case your range cooker was listed as a special order item which we do mention can take a significant amount of time to arrive as these are made to order. We don't like to pass blame, but in this case Beko were experiencing incredible delays with both their factories and delivery partners which meant your order was pushed back several times. We are looking at ways to the experience of ordering a special order product more seamless.
