“I write this review in two minds as in one way yes your service was good, when I hit a few problems then not so good, no return calls, a problem that was to be followed up on and for you to get back to me never happened, I paid in full for everything but did not get everything I was promised. I was to buy a second sound bar of you but ended up buying in Argos at 25 euro more just to be sure I’d get it on time. I was to get 150 euro vegetable when I bought my tv never happened, my free sound bar was forgotten about and I was told sorry we thought we had followed up on all them, maybe you tell me is this a good service? Kevin ps. As I see it if things go good you are great but if there is a problem OOPS”

“Slower delivery than expected and paid installation was average - guys tried to get away without plumbing drier in properly and reluctantly did it when i realised as they were leaving”

“USUALLY EXCELLENT...ON THIS OCCASSION A MIX UP WITH THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM WHICH I FOUND HARD TO NAVIGATE AND GOT AN ITEM I DID NOT WANT. EVENTUALLY THIS GOT SORTED BUT I HAD A LONG WAIT AND I FELT GIVEN THE PREVIOUS AMOUNT OF CUSTOM SENT YOUR WAY FROM ME IT WAS OVERALL A DIFFICULT JOURNEY. HOWEVER I WOULD STILL USE ELECTROCITY IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF ITS LOCALITY TO MY OWN BUSINESS AND THE EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR IN THE STORE”

“Nice people to deal with. Helpful! Appliance I bought build in oven was so so. In that, the inside of the oven itself seems good so far. However, knobs, dials on front not great. Took a little longer too than I thought it would for delivery and installation.”

“I bought a washing machine on 18th feb, only received it on 27th feb. Very slow delivering it and was told i would be refunded delivery fee as a gesture but haven't received it ☹☹”

“Everything was OK except delivery. The delivery driver rang me to say that because it was a windy day he won't be able to deliver until the following week unless I wanted to drive more than an hour to meet him and collect the dryer which I obviously did as I wanted the machine. I think it's a disgrace that I was charge for delivery which I ended up having to collect and have heard nothing from the company by way of thanks or refunding the delivery charge.”

“Had to go twice to collect my purchase after being told it would be in the warehouse the next day. The man in Waterford told me he sorted it and would be there the following day from 10am. Other than that, I'd recommend it. Cheap and easy. If you need an item asap, go buy in the store.”

“when i spoke with company rep i was told that there was one fridge/freezer available in the warehouse. within 45 minutes i had ordered it. A couple of weeks later following a number of phone calls i was told there was none available for delivery until the next consignment came in . i was offered a refund but decided to wait .eventually it was delivered after about 7 weeks.This may have been a genuine mistake.Otherwise i was happy in my dealings with the company.”

“after order was placed we got a receipt on email , then no more contact until driver arrived and we were not at home as we had no idea delivery was being made, also no paperwork received from driver,”

“It's like sell-and-forget strategy. Prices are cute but aftesale service is confusing between ElectroCity and Euronics, then mute. Presales are also seem to have a little clue of their own merchandise. To save one's nerve, not recommended.”
