“Machine only worked twice and won’t start now, still waiting on someone to get back to me. Faulty machine should be replaced straight away without question! Not a happy customer”

“I ordered a Smart watch on Monday 5th, I received an email to say ready for collection the next day. I went to collect in the Waterford store and I was told it is out of stock and there was one in Carlow and for the inconvenience, they would get it delivered to my home the next day. I had to ring and follow up as I didnt hear anything. I was told we will get one couriered from Kilkenny and after multiple phone calls I still have no watch and no update and it is the 15th now,”

“Went to store to pick up and the item could not be found. After driving 20 mins had to drive home without item I ordered and paid for. Very disappointing.”

“I was td delivery was two days. I waited in all day. I telephoned next day and was toy it would be 6 or 7 days. I had to cancel as it was for a birthday present. I had to buy from another company.”

“I placed an order online and selected to collect in Carlow. I received an email stating I could collect last week. When I went significantly out of my way last Friday to collect my item, I was informed that it was not there and an error on the system must have been made. I was given the option by a staff gentleman to collect in Kilkenny or have it delivered. I chose delivered to my home address as it would have been very inconvenient to travel further particularly after one wasted journey. I was informed this delivery would be Tuesday. It has not yet arrived nor have I received any notification concerning it. I will say that the staff member I dealt with was very nice and I've always had a very pleasant experience dealing in electro city prior to this.”

“Bought a slow cooker and received a broken one. Returned it as directed and had to chase up for refund. Not impressed at all. Then I received a request on the product to review it! The item I received broken and didn’t replace. The mind boggles.”

“Bought a washing machine less than 6 months ago and it blew up,it's going on 3 weeks now and still have no answers to what is going on regarding an engineer call out ect,I've 2 small children so it's a disaster to be without a washing machine.and the matter of fact that it blew up which is dangerous I could be taking it further.im sick of ringing beko the shop shoulder sorting this for me as thats who I bought it from.”

“Wouldn’t recommend, purchased a fridge on line which said in stock. Waited a week with no delivery. Was then told it would be in by the end of the week, but it wasn’t so they told me they had same in silver. I had no choice I had to take it as I was now waiting a week without a fridge.”

“no words can express my disappointment wtih your staff and verbal promises to be broken.. at last a very kind manager agree and saw our point of view but not before many calls and e mails on my part. sick of fighting with people in this country, i am over it and will never ever buy here again or recommend anyone buy from them. however the appliance is great.”
