had two washing replaced in matter of months, should have been given replacement after first one but wasnt, tried repairing but that was a disaster, second one the same, very poor merchandise, will not shop there again.

Bought a washing machine less than 6 months ago and it blew up,it's going on 3 weeks now and still have no answers to what is going on regarding an engineer call out ect,I've 2 small children so it's a disaster to be without a washing machine.and the matter of fact that it blew up which is dangerous I could be taking it further.im sick of ringing beko the shop shoulder sorting this for me as thats who I bought it from.

Wouldn’t recommend, purchased a fridge on line which said in stock. Waited a week with no delivery. Was then told it would be in by the end of the week, but it wasn’t so they told me they had same in silver. I had no choice I had to take it as I was now waiting a week without a fridge.

Very Bad experience. Oustbof stock dishwasher advertised and finanace is agreed and they don't have any option to give me different one and money will return after few days. Already process don't for 10days nearly.

no words can express my disappointment wtih your staff and verbal promises to be broken.. at last a very kind manager agree and saw our point of view but not before many calls and e mails on my part. sick of fighting with people in this country, i am over it and will never ever buy here again or recommend anyone buy from them. however the appliance is great.

I've ordered a laptop which came in 2 days but the box was open the pen was missing and different laptop all together Second one was different colour so I just can't understand what is going on

do not use their delivery system, took 6 days to deliver my tv from kilkenny to kerry, a 2 hour drive

Don't buy an electric cooker like I did and it broke down after 6 weeks and they told me the glass door isn't covered under warranty. 4 mts later nothing is happening so be careful

Tv has a big white shadow on the black screen, girl supposed to arrange for me to get it sorted and never heard anything back. I'll never buy from you again.

Hi Steven, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We had arranged to collect this TV from you but, as you couldn't be without it for the couple of days it would take for us to collect and replace the TV, we made an exception in your case. We were in contact with you on the 11th of May letting you know you could drop this TV back at your local store and pick up a replacement, but this doesn't seem to have happened as of yet and we have received no further emails from you. If you would like to drop it back still, we would be more than happy to accommodate you.

Wrong item sent and took many emails to sort out. It’s fine to make a mistake but when it’s not fixed and the customer has to chase it makes you sure you’ll never order again

You didn’t receive TV,, I couldn't check when it was coming, I couldn't track the delivery, I called them and they said they'd be delivered, and they did Irish family business, so I trusted them and ordered it, but I'll never order it here again.

Very poor service. Paid for express delivery 2-3 days , chased the 4th day and I was advised that I would be contacted back with updates. Nobody contacted back. Phoned 5th day , twice same again. Only when I have managed to get in contact with the manager , things started to move. So , I would give a 10 to the Manager only, but to all the rest of the staff a 1 as got my item on the 6th day

I emailed Help on 7th Feb in relation to a problem I have with a less than 6-months old Samsung Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. No one replied to me 10 days later.

I ordered this Samsung tablet only to find out 2 days later that it was out of stock. I was told my refund was being processed immediately but it took over a month for the money to return to my account. When I called to query when my refund would return to my account I was given an apology for the delay and reassured I would get the money back in the coming days. This was in December. The person I spoke to said they would email me a discount to use in future as a token of apology. This never arrived. Terrible service from start to finish which is disappointing when trying to shop local. Also, a poor reflection of your organisation to send me an email asking me to review the product I was never sent in order to get 10% off..

Ordered a steam cleaner online as a gift. No sign after ten days. I had to chase it up. Manager replied apologising saying he would sort it. Weeks passed I had to email for my money back. Manager replied no problem- awful service. No apology .
