no words can express my disappointment wtih your staff and verbal promises to be broken.. at last a very kind manager agree and saw our point of view but not before many calls and e mails on my part. sick of fighting with people in this country, i am over it and will never ever buy here again or recommend anyone buy from them.
however the appliance is great.
