“Wrong item was delivered but it was actually the manufacturers fault. Phoned immediately and got through to Jane. She sorted everything out and I had the proper item delivered two days later. Excellent customer service,cannot recommend enough.”

“I ordered online the day before collection and drove a distance to collect it. I did also purchase bags but as I’ve had a bag less hoover previously I forgot about them. Only realised when I got home. I rang the number provided and got a lovely girl who said they would send them out with DPD. I received the bags 2 days later. I would certainly recommend ElectroCity and I will be a returning customer”

“I got my cooker but wasn't installed was told I needed a cable to connect to electric still waiting on installer to call back with cable not happy at all they should come with a wire new when you purchase a cooker 3 days later still no working cooker”
