I ordered online the day before collection and drove a distance to collect it. I did also purchase bags but as I’ve had a bag less hoover previously I forgot about them. Only realised when I got home. I rang the number provided and got a lovely girl who said they would send them out with DPD. I received the bags 2 days later. I would certainly recommend ElectroCity and I will be a returning customer
