“Order was placed and confirmed. I was informed of dispatch and tracking and Courier texted and delivered order within 3 working days of order being placed. My first time using ElectroCity and would recommend. Very efficient and easy to order on line. Thank you.”

“Stay away, the store only has a 28-day warranty. Although when you buy it, it says that you have a one-year warranty. You can't return the product you bought to the store, they refer you to consultants in England, with whom I had to fight for half a day, because they sent me instructions to repair an electronic device that doesn't respond to anything. That's why I buy in a local store, so that in the event of a failure I can return it under warranty, they wash their hands of it and you have to do the work for them yourself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND”

All our products include a full manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 months. While we handle issues directly in the first 28 days, working with manufacturers after this period actually provides the fastest resolution because their technical teams can diagnose issues immediately and speak directly with customers about the specific problem. We understand this might seem like we're not taking responsibility, but it's the opposite — we're here to help throughout the entire warranty period. Once a manufacturer confirms a fault, we process repairs or replacements quickly. We can also contact manufacturers on customers' behalf, though this does take longer as the manufacturer will be passing queries through us to you, which creates a lag in the process. This would be normal of any similar retailer and does not affect your rights as our valued customer.
