Hi David, Thank you for your review. The EU Energy labels are in a transitionary period where the older A+++ to D labels are being phased out and replaced by the simpler A to G ratings. You can read more about this on our site here: https://www.electrocity.ie/the-new-energy-label-explained/ During this time the labels on our website may display the older ratings while your appliance comes with the newer rating. This is what happened here, the old A rating is the equivalent of the newer F and your freezer uses no more energy than advertised.
