“booked for installation which was offered when I ordered but then got an email to say that it was not available in my area, very disappointed”

Hi Patricia. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we appreciate all feedback! When choosing to add the installation service to an order there is a choice of the four counties we serve (Kilkenny, Dublin, Waterford and Carlow) given and as such we don't currently offer installation in Laois. We are always looking at ways to improve our coverage and will use your feedback in future discussions.
