“Your company as a retailer did just fine, but the Braun company has very limited and very basic instructions for this particular Blender. I couldn't put it together to start working, because it needed to be specifically fit in a certain way for both cup and jug, for the motor to start. This wasn't explained anywhere, and it was frustrating, because I have spent the whole day wondering what is wrong, searching in the Internet for videos, and reading the manuals, but nothing was said about it. I'm certainly not the only one that had this problem, because my daughter and my grandson also looked at the blender and could't find the hack. For now, the blender is working, but the support system for clients from Braun is lacking.”
