“A problem with the date and time defaulting to an incorrect setting with each missed call. I spent an hour with a customer service agent online who could not fix the issue. I then phoned Electricity Kilkenny. No response, just a message to ask me to leave a message and my phone number and they would call back. They didn't. Completely unsatisfactory.”
