“I took these to see if they would help with long term Eczema that hasnt responded to other treatments, it improved massively after about 2 months and seems to be currently holding at the improved state. its 4 stars nad not 5 dure to the ongoing cost but at the moment I feel like the improvement is worth it”

“Haven’t noticed much change yet with taking it.
Really dislike the packaging….. far too much and all about the aesthetics. Would like a pouch if I were to buy more. Seems to be a big waste of money.”

“I have previously taken a good probiotic for years but I wanted something really good. I’d tried symprove so many times as I’d heard great things but it always upset my stomach so i was worried this would to. So far no upset and even without being 100% consistent first thing in the morning i can feel a change in my bowel movements so I’m really hopeful this is a new permanent for our house”
