“Started taking Epetome before Xmas as we are travelling to Thailand in April and wanted to have the best chance of not getting too affected by food etc on our holiday (have had a bad experience in Bali previously) So far its been great, I have also given up alcohol at the same time so they may be related but so far i am feeling energised and decidedly less bloated. My skin looks amazing and fresh (people have commented on it unprompted) and I feel very energised. My husband is the same. I will update my review when we get back to see if it did make us any more resiliant but as part of a package of health measures i would say it has made a difference. We do already take several suppliments which has made it easy to remember to take it every day. It wont work if left in the jar. We did not have any side effects.”
