“I began with just a months supply 3 weeks before I went abroad as I always end up suffering from some sort of tummy problems away..and I do not know if it was a coincidence...but I had no problems. So I thought I wouldn't take them once I had finished my month to see the effects...and about a week off them ...all my symptoms came back...bloated, trapped wind, tummy pains ect ... so I now tried the 3 month I'm 3 weeks or so back on them and notable difference in my symptoms..they are still there...but certainly not as chronic. I will be giving it recommend 6 months :) I just wish the company would bring the subscription down with the option to get rid of all the luxury containers once you've made your 1st purchase- reduce waste and price I'm sure”
