I’ve been taking for just over 3 weeks and can feel the benefits already: More regular (normally no movements for up to 3 days) Feel more energised Nails growing stronger (must be Biotin) and feel more calm all round. Would highly recommend and have already purchased 3 month supply. I’ll continue to repurchase this.

I had to wait a long time for new supplies and was excited when my package finally arrived. I have been taking them for 3 weeks now and have already noticed my bloating has almost stopped. It's early days and have suffered a little constipation since taking them but that seems to have resolved itself. Although on the pricy side I will definitely continue with synbiotic and looking forward to next few weeks ! So far, I'm very impressed !

I am 3 weeks in and I'm definitely feeling different in my digestion and frequency. I am combining it with a diet where I try to regulate my blood sugar and so avoiding beige foods completely and upping fibre and protein. It is making a difference to my energy levels and no bloating. I am in peri menopause and have rosacea so I am hoping it improves these symptoms long term. I've scheduled deliveries every 6 months.

Been taking these for 3+ months now, do feel less bloated and have more regular bowel movements. Hopefully with time will see even greater benefits. The only thing that bothered me was their customer service. Due to a glitch in their system I've got charged for another 3 month supply and got sent an order I did not order. I had already purchased a 3 month supply at this point about a week ago. When I tried to ask to cancel the order they said it was too late and told me to refuse the delivery which was not possible as the delivery men just leave the parcels in a shared concierge office. Then when I ask to provide with a prepaid return label they wouldn't do that either and just told I'd be reimbursed once the parcel is returned back. At the end I decided to keep the order as it seemed less hassle then trying to find time to return it as I already have a busy life and enough things to do than trying to make it to the post office before it shuts! Felt like the customer service was not helpful at all and normally may not be a big deal, but the tablets are not the cheapest and paying twice when you don't need to is pretty sore for the bank account. Not happy with this and hope other people had better experiences.
