“It’s the standard case really of when things go well you don’t notice, and you notice when they don’t. That’s the case for me now if I forgot my capsule. I take for granted that I don’t have digestive pain or bloating, but if I forget my tablet my body reminds me pretty quickly!! These have def improved my bloating and my skin too.”
