“I’m genuinely impressed with the results. After just 3 dyad I noticed subtle changes in how my body felt. The biggest initial effect was a noticeable reduction in bloating. My stomach felt lighter, and within the first week I could see a smaller belly especially in the mornings.
One of the most surprising changes has been my reduced cravings for sweets. I usually have a big sweet tooth but since taking Epetome I’ve found myself reaching for sugary snacks far less often.
